Straight outta Basingstoke

Earlier in the year, I was invited to join the CWA (the 'Crime Writers' Association' – basically, it’s like the NWA with more tweed).

This was a surprise, really, considering there aren't any crimes happening in my first book. But, very nice anyway...

Got the Membership Directory delivered today. Slightly surprised to see that everyone else's picture makes them look like a writer. Whereas, clearly...I look like a man trapped in a glass box.
